1.) Electric Double Layer Capacitor
2.) 5.5V Ultra Capacitor in Standard Coin Type
3.) 2.7V-3.0V Ultra Capacitor which was high power type, can be Radial/ Snap-in/ Screw Type.

Wide Temperature Range: -25°C to +70°C.
Rate Capacity: 0.15F to 8.0F at 2.7V to 5.5V Voltage.
